Narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When the servant of any one of you endures the heat and smoke of your food, then (the master should) take his hand and make him sit with him at the time of eating. If he refuses, then at least give him a morsel to eat."
