باب مَا جَاءَ فِيمَنْ يَقْرَأُ الْقُرْآنَ عِنْدَ الْمَنَامِ

Hadith Number: 3402
حدثنا قتيبة، حدثنا المفضل بن فضالة، عن عقيل، عن ابن شهاب، عن عروة، عن عائشة، ان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: " كان إذا اوى إلى فراشه كل ليلة جمع كفيه ثم نفث فيهما، فقرا فيهما: قل هو الله احد و قل اعوذ برب الفلق و قل اعوذ برب الناس ثم يمسح بهما ما استطاع من جسده يبدا بهما على راسه ووجهه وما اقبل من جسده، يفعل ذلك ثلاث مرات ". قال ابو عيسى: هذا حديث حسن غريب صحيح.
Aishah narrated that: Every night, when the Prophet ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) would go to his bed, he would join his hands, then blow in them, as he recited in them:“Say: He is Allah, the One.”And“Say: I seek refuge in the Lord of Al-Falaq”and“Say: I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind.”Then he would wipe as much as he was able to of his body with them, beginning with them first of his head and face, and the front of his body. He would do this three times.
قال الشيخ الألباني: صحيح
