Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to say in his supplication: «اللهم متعني بسمعي وبصري واجعلهما الوارث مني وانصرني على من يظلمني وخذ منه بثأري» "O Allah! Grant me benefit from my two ears and my two eyes, and keep them safe for me, and help me against those who oppress me, and take retribution for me from the oppressor." Imam Tirmidhi says:
