Issues of Zakat
No Zakat on Less Than Five Camels
Hadith Number: 275
92- مالك عن محمد بن عبد الله بن عبد الرحمن بن ابى صعصعة المازني عن ابيه عن ابى سعيد الخدري ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: ”ليس فيما دون خمسة اوسق من التمر صدقة، وليس فيما دون خمس اواق من الورق صدقة، وليس فيما دون خمس ذود من الإبل صدقة.“
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There is no charity (usher) on dates less than five wasqs, and there is no charity (zakat) on silver less than five uqiyyahs, and there is no charity (zakat) on camels less than five."

402- وبه: عن ابيه قال: سمعت ابا سعيد الخدري يقول: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: ”ليس فيما دون خمس ذود صدقة، وليس فيما دون خمس اواق صدقة، وليس فيما دون خمسة اوسق صدقة.“
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There is no charity (zakat) on less than five camels, and there is no charity on less than five awqiyah of silver, and there is no charity ('ushr) on less than five wasq (of grain)."
