19- وبه: عن ابى هريرة ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: ”جرح العجماء جبار والبئر جبار والمعدن جبار. وفي الركاز الخمس.“
And with the same chain of narration, it is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A grazing animal (if it causes damage) is without liability (there is no compensation for it); the same ruling applies to wells and minerals, and one-fifth is due (for Allah) from buried treasure."

366- وبه: ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: ”إياكم والظن، فإن الظن اكذب الحديث، ولا تحسسوا، ولا تجسسوا، ولا تنافسوا، ولا تحاسدوا، ولا تباغضوا، ولا تدابروا، وكونوا عباد الله إخوانا.“
And with this chain (it is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Beware of suspicion, for suspicion is the most false of speech. Do not pry into one another, nor spy on one another. Do not quarrel with one another for worldly reasons, nor envy one another. Do not harbor malice against one another, nor turn your faces away from one another in enmity. And become, O servants of Allah, brothers to one another."
