Shamail al-Tirmidhi
بَابُ مَا جَاءَ فِي لِبَاسِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ
Chapter: What has been reported concerning the clothing of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ)
His Red Garment
Hadith Number: 64
حدثنا محمود بن غيلان قال: حدثنا عبد الرزاق قال: حدثنا سفيان، عن عون بن ابي جحيفة، عن ابيه قال: «رايت النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم وعليه حلة حمراء كاني انظر إلى بريق ساقيه» قال سفيان: اراها حبرة
Awn bin Abi Hujayfah (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates from his respected father (Sayyiduna Abu Hujayfah, may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: I saw the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) in such a state that he was wearing a red cloak, and it is as if I am seeing the shine of his blessed shins. Sufyan says: In my opinion, it was a striped sheet made in Yemen.

Hadith Number: 65
حدثنا علي بن خشرم قال: حدثنا عيسى بن يونس، عن إسرائيل، عن ابي إسحاق، عن البراء بن عازب قال: «ما رايت احدا من الناس احسن في حلة حمراء من رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، إن كانت جمته لتضرب قريبا من منكبيه»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Bara’ bin Azib (may Allah be pleased with him), he says: I have not seen anyone among mankind more beautiful than the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) dressed in a red garment. The hair of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) reached close to his shoulders.
