Shamail al-Tirmidhi
بَابُ مَا جَاءَ فِي أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَتَخَتَّمُ فِي يَمِينِهِ

Hadith Number: 96
حدثنا احمد بن منيع قال: حدثنا يزيد بن هارون، عن حماد بن سلمة قال: رايت ابن ابي رافع، يتختم في يمينه فسالته عن ذلك فقال: رايت عبد الله بن جعفر يتختم في يمينه، وقال عبد الله بن جعفر: «كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يتختم في يمينه»
Hammad bin Salamah (may Allah have mercy on him) says: I saw Ibn Abi Rafi’ wearing a ring on his right hand, so I asked him about it. He said: I saw Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Ja’far (may Allah be pleased with him) wearing a ring on his right hand, and he said that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to wear a ring on his right hand.
