-" من السنة في الصلاة ان تضع اليتيك على عقبيك بين السجدتين".
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) says: It is Sunnah that during the sitting between the two prostrations in prayer, you place your buttocks on your heels.
