Blood of one who draws sword is forfeited
Numbering by, Al-Albani: 2345, Fiqh-based: ,1314
-" من شهر سيفه ثم وضعه، فدمه هدر".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Zubair (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever draws his sword and begins killing and slaughtering people, then his blood will be wasted (there will be neither retribution nor blood money for him)."
