Book of Medicine and Visiting the Sick
Death is an incurable disease

-" إن الله لم ينزل داء او لم يخلق داء إلا انزل او خلق له دواء، علمه من علمه وجهله من جهله إلا السام، قالوا: يا رسول الله وما السام؟ قال: الموت".
Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Indeed, Allah the Exalted has sent down every disease, some people have come to know of it and some have not, except for «سام» ." They asked: "What is «سام» ?" He (peace and blessings be upon him) replied: "It is death."
