Book of Etiquette and Seeking Permission
Neglecting supplication is extreme weakness

-" اعجز الناس من عجز عن الدعاء، وابخل الناس من بخل بالسلام".
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The most helpless person is the one who is unable to make supplication, and the most miserly person is the one who is miserly in greeting (with salam)."
