Recite Ikhlas if Bismillah forgotten before eating
Hadith Number: 894
من نسىى ان يسمى قبل الطعام فليقرا قل هو الله احد اذا فرغ
"Whoever forgets to say Bismillah before eating should recite Surah Al-Ikhlas (Qul Huwa Allahu Ahad) after finishing."
