A great number of deaths are also called "Tufan" (calamity). «القمل» refers to that small insect which resembles a tiny louse. «حقيق‏» means «حق‏» (obligatory). «سقط‏» means "became regretful." For a person who feels ashamed, the Arabs say «سقط في يده‏.‏» (as if) he fell into his own hand.
