Book of Heart-Softening Narrations
On health and free time, and the Prophet’s saying:“True life is the life of the Hereafter.”
Narrated Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "There are two blessings which many people do not appreciate: (1) Good health and (2) Free time (i.e., relief from work and moments of leisure)."
