Hadith Number: 705
وعن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما قال: سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم يقول: «‏‏‏‏إذا تبايعتم بالعينة،‏‏‏‏ واخذتم اذناب البقر،‏‏‏‏ ورضيتم بالزرع،‏‏‏‏ وتركتم الجهاد،‏‏‏‏ سلط الله عليكم ذلا لا ينزعه شيء حتى ترجعوا إلى دينكم» .‏‏‏‏ رواه ابو داود من رواية نافع عنه،‏‏‏‏ وفي إسناده مقال،‏‏‏‏ ولاحمد نحوه من رواية عطاء،‏‏‏‏ ورجاله ثقات،‏‏‏‏ وصححه ابن القطان.
Narrated 'Abdullah bin 'Amr bin al-'Aar (RA): The Prophet ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) commanded him to equip an army. Then, when the camels were insufficient, he commanded him to keep back the young camels of Sadaqah. He said, "I was taking a camel to be replaced by two when the camels of Sadaqah came." [Reported by al-Hakim and al-Baihaqi; its narrators are reliable] .

Hadith Number: 706
وعن ابي امامة رضي الله عنه عن النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم قال: «من شفع لاخيه شفاعة فاهدى له هدية فقبلها فقد اتى بابا عظيما من ابواب الربا» .‏‏‏‏ رواه احمد وابو داود وفي إسناده مقال.
Narrated Ibn 'Umar (RA): I heard Allah's Messenger ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) say, "If you sell anything on credit to anyone, on the condition that you will buy it back for a lower price (al-'Einah), take hold of the tails of cattle, become pleased with agriculture and give up Jihad - Allah will make disgrace prevail over you and will not remove it from you till you return to your religion." [Reported by Abu Dawud from the narration of Nafi' on the authority of Ibn 'Umar (RA), but there is a defect in its chain] . Ahmad reported something similar from the narration of 'Ata. Its narrators are reliable and Ibn al-Qattan graded it Sahih (authentic).

Hadith Number: 707
وعن عبد الله بن عمرو بن العاص رضي الله عنهما قال: لعن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم الراشي والمرتشي. رواه ابو داود والترمذي وصححه.
Narrated Abu Umamah (RA): The Prophet ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) said: "Whoever intercedes for his brother and that one gives him a gift for that (intercession) which he accepts, he has engaged in one of the most terrible types of Riba (undeserving increase in something)." [Reported by Ahmad and Abu Dawud, but one of its narrators' reliability has been doubted] .

وعنه: ان النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم امره ان يجهز جيشا فنفدت الإبل فامره ان ياخذ على قلائص الصدقة قال: فكنت آخذ البعير بالبعيرين إلى إبل الصدقة. رواه الحاكم والبيهقي ورجاله ثقات.
Narrated 'Abdullah bin 'Amr bin al-Aas (RA): Allah's Messenger ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) cursed the one who bribes and the one who takes bribes. [Reported by Abu Dawud and at-Tirmidhi, who graded it Sahih (authentic)] .

Hadith Number: 709
وعن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما قال: نهى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم عن المزابنة: ان يبيع ثمر حائطه إن كان نخلا بتمر كيلا وإن كان كرما ان يبيعه بزبيب كيلا وإن كان زرعا ان يبيعه بكيل طعام نهى عن ذلك كله.متفق عليه.
Narrated Ibn 'Umar (RA): Allah's Messenger ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) forbade al-Muzabanah, which means that a man sells the fruit of his garden, if it consists of palm-trees (fresh dates), for dried dates by measure; or if it consists of grapes (on the vines), for raisins by measure; or if it is unpicked crops, he sells it for a measured amount of picked crops. He forbade all that. [Agreed upon] .

Hadith Number: 710
وعن سعد بن ابي وقاص رضي الله عنه قال: سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم يسال عن اشتراء الرطب بالتمر فقال: «‏‏‏‏اينقص الرطب إذا يبس؟» ‏‏‏‏ قالوا: نعم فنهى عن ذلك. رواه الخمسة وصححه ابن المديني والترمذي وابن حبان والحاكم.
Narrated Sa'd bin Abu Waqqas (RA): I heard Allah's Messenger ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) being asked about buying fresh dates for dry ones. He replied, "Will fresh dates diminish when they become dry?" They answered, "Yes." So he forbade that. [Reported by al-Khamsah and graded Sahih (authentic) by Ibn al-Madini, at-Tirmidhi, Ibn Hibban and al-Hakim] .

Hadith Number: 711
وعن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما: ان النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم نهى عن بيع الكالىء بالكالىء. يعني الدين بالدين. رواه إسحاق والبزار بإسناد ضعيف.
Narrated Ibn 'Umar (RA): The Prophet ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) forbade selling a debt to be paid at a future date for another i.e., a debt for a debt. [Reported by Ishaq and al-Bazzar with a Da;if (weak) chain] .
