Hadith Number: 1027
عن عبد الله بن عمر قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم: «من قتل دون ماله فهو شهيد» ‏‏‏‏ رواه ابو داود والنسائي والترمذي وصححه.
'Abdullah bin 'Umar narrated that The Messenger of Allah ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) said:He who is killed while defending his property is considered a martyr.Related by Abu Dawud An-Nasa’i and At-Tirmidhi who graded it as Sahih.

Hadith Number: 1028
وعن عمران بن حصين رضي الله عنه قال: قاتل يعلى بن امية رجلا فعض احدهما صاحبه فانتزع يده من فمه فنزع ثنيته فاختصما إلى النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم فقال:«‏‏‏‏يعض احدكم كما يعض الفحل؟ لا دية له» متفق عليه واللفظ لمسلم.
'Imran bin Husain (RAA) narrated, ’Ya’la bin Umaiyah fought with another man. One of them bit the other man’s finger and the latter (whose finger was bit) pulled his hand out of the first man’s mouth (who was biting) by force, causing his incisors teeth to be pulled out. They presented their dispute to the Prophet who said,One of you bit his brother as a male camel bites? Go and there is not Diyah for him (as a punishment for their foolishness).’Agreed upon and the wording is from Muslim.

وعن ابي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال: قال ابو القاسم صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم:«‏‏‏‏لو ان امرا اطلع عليك بغير إذن فحذفته بحصاة ففقات عينه لم يكن عليك جناح» . متفق عليه وفي لفظ لاحمد والنسائي وصححه ابن حبان: «‏‏‏‏فلا دية له ولا قصاص» .‏‏‏‏
Abu Hurairah (RAA) narrated that The Messenger of Allah ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) said:If anyone spies on you (tries to look at you) without your permission, and you thereupon throw a stone at him and because of it he lost his eye, you are not to be bIamed.Agreed upon. In another version by Ahmad and an-Nasa'i and graded as Sahih by Ibn Hibban,He has no right for Diyah or Qisas.

Hadith Number: 1030
وعن البراء بن عازب رضي الله عنه قال: قضى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم ان حفظ الحوائط بالنهار على اهلها وان حفظ الماشية بالليل على اهلها وان على اهل الماشية ما اصابت ماشيتهم بالليل. رواه احمد والاربعة إلا الترمذي وصححه ابن حبان وفي إسناده اختلاف.
Al-Bara bin 'Azib (RAA) narrated, ‘The Messenger of Allah ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) ordained that the guarding of a garden is the responsibility of its owners during the day and the guarding of animals is the responsibility of their owners at night. However, the owners of the animals are responsible for any damage caused by their animals during the night (i.e. pay compensation for what they damaged of other’s property).’ Related by Ahmad and the four Imams except At-Tirmidhi. Ibn Hibban graded it as Sahih.

Hadith Number: 1031
وعن معاذ بن جبل رضي الله عنه في رجل اسلم ثم تهود:" لا اجلس حتى يقتل قضاء الله ورسوله" فامر به فقتل. متفق عليه وفي رواية لابي داود:" وكان قد استتيب قبل ذلك".
Mu’adh bin Jabal (RAA) narrated - concerning a man who embraced Islam and then turned to Judaism (i.e. apostated), ‘I shall not sit down until he is killed. That is the Command of Allah and His Messenger, and he gave an order that he must be killed and so he was.’ Agreed upon. In a version by Abu Dawud, ‘He was given a chance to repent and return to Islam but he refused.’

Hadith Number: 1032
وعن ابن عباس رضي الله تعالى عنهما قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم: «‏‏‏‏من بدل دينه فاقتلوه» .‏‏‏‏ رواه البخاري.
Ibn 'Abbas (RAA) narrated that The Messenger of Allah said,He who changes his religion (i.e. apostates) kill him.Related by Al-Bukhari.

Hadith Number: 1033
وعنه رضي الله تعالى عنه ان اعمى كانت له ام ولد تشتم النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم وتقع فيه فينهاها فلا تنتهي فلما كان ليلة اخذ المعول فجعله في بطنها واتكا عليها فقتلها فبلغ ذلك النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم فقال: «‏‏‏‏الا اشهدوا فإن دمها هدر» .‏‏‏‏ رواه ابو داود ورواته ثقات.
Ibn 'Abbas (RAA) narrated, ‘A blind man had a pregnant slave, who used to abuse the Messenger of Allah ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) and defame him. The blind man forbade her but she did not stop. One night she began to slander the Prophet ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) so he took an axe, placed it on her belly, pressed it and killed her. The Messenger of Allah ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) was told about it, and thereupon he said,Oh people! Be witnesses that no Diyah is to be paid for her blood.Related by Abu Dawud with a trustworthy chain of narrators.
