Book of Foods
One should lick their fingers after eating
Hadith Number: 734
اخبرنا سفیان، عن عمرو، عن عطاء، عن ابن عباس، عن رسول اللٰه صلی اللٰه علیه وسلم قال: اذا اکل احدکم طعاما، فـلا یمسح یده حتی یلعقها، او یلعقها.
Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrated from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), he (peace be upon him) said: "When any of you eats food, he should not clean his hand until he has licked it or had it licked."
