كِتَاب تَفْسِيرِ الْقُرْآنِ
The Book of Commentary
بَابُ: {وَإِذَا جَاءَهُمْ أَمْرٌ مِنَ الأَمْنِ أَوِ الْخَوْفِ أَذَاعُوا بِهِ} أَفْشَوْهُ:
(15b) Chapter. "When there comes to them some matter touching (public) safety or fear, they make it known..." (V.4:83)
Hadith Number: Q4590
اي افشوه يستنبطونه يستخرجونه حسيبا كافيا، إلا إناثا يعني الموات حجرا او مدرا وما اشبهه مريدا متمردا، فليبتكن بتكه قطعه قيلا وقولا واحد طبع ختم.
They derive the meaning of «يستنبطونه» . The meaning of «حسيبا» is "sufficient." By «إلا إناثا» , inanimate things are meant, such as stones, earth, etc. The meaning of «مريدا» is "wicked." «فليبتكن» is derived from «بتكه» , meaning "cut it off." The meanings of both «قيلا» and «قولا» are the same. The meaning of «طبع» is "sealed."
