باب في تَخْلِيلِ اللِّحْيَةِ:
Chapter: Running Fingers Through the Beard
Hadith Number: 727
اخبرنا مالك بن إسماعيل، حدثنا إسرائيل، عن عامر بن شقيق، عن شقيق بن سلمة، قال: رايت عثمان رضي الله عنه "توضا فخلل لحيته، وقال: هكذا رايت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم توضا".
Shaqiq bin Salamah said: I saw Sayyiduna Uthman (may Allah be pleased with him) performing ablution, and he passed his fingers through his beard and said: I saw the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) performing ablution in this manner.
