باب في مَسْحِ الرَّأْسِ وَالأُذُنَيْنِ:
Chapter: Wiping the Head and Ears
Hadith Number: 731
اخبرنا مالك بن إسماعيل، حدثنا إسرائيل، عن عامر بن شقيق، عن شقيق بن سلمة، قال: رايت عثمان رضي الله عنه "توضا، فمسح براسه واذنيه ظاهرهما وباطنهما، ثم قال: رايت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم صنع كما صنعت او كالذي صنعت".
Shaqiq bin Salamah said: I saw Sayyiduna Uthman (may Allah be pleased with him) performing ablution; he wiped over his head and both the outer and inner parts of his ears, then said: I saw the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) performing ablution in the same manner as I have done.
