باب الصَّلاَةِ عَلَى الْخُمْرَةِ:
Chapter: Praying on a mat
Hadith Number: 1411
اخبرنا سعيد بن عامر، وابو الوليد، عن شعبة، عن سليمان الشيباني، عن عبد الله بن شداد، عن ميمونة، ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم كان "يصلي على الخمرة".
It is narrated from Umm al-Mu'mineen Sayyida Maymunah (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to pray on a khumrah (small mat).

Hadith Number: 1412
اخبرنا عبيد الله بن عبد المجيد، وعبد الله بن مسلمة، قالا: حدثنا مالك، عن إسحاق بن عبد الله بن ابي طلحة، عن انس، ان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم "صلى على حصير".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) prayed on a mat.
