باب أَيُّ اللَّيْلِ أَفْضَلُ:
Chapter: Which part of the night is best
Hadith Number: 1515
اخبرنا زيد بن عوف، حدثنا ابو عوانة، عن عبد الملك بن عمير، عن محمد بن المنتشر، عن حميد بن عبد الرحمن، عن ابي هريرة، ان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: "افضل الصلاة بعد الفريضة، الصلاة في جوف الليل".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "After the obligatory prayers, the most virtuous prayer is the prayer in the middle of the night."
