Sayyiduna Nu’man bin Bashir (may Allah be pleased with both of them) said: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to recite «سَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّكَ الْأَعْلَى» and «هَلْ أَتَاكَ حَدِيثُ الْغَاشِيَةِ» in the Eid and Friday prayers, and whenever Eid and Friday coincided, he would also recite these two surahs (i.e., «سورة الأعلى و الغاشية» ).
