باب في إِكْرَامِ الْخَادِمِ عِنْدَ الطَّعَامِ:
Chapter: Honoring the Servant at Meals
Hadith Number: 2110
حدثنا يعلى، حدثنا إسماعيل بن ابي خالد، عن ابيه، عن ابي هريرة، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: "إذا جاء خادم احدكم بالطعام، فليجلسه، فإن ابى، فليناوله".
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When the servant of any one of you brings food, let him make him sit with him (to eat together); if he refuses, then let him give him some of that food."

Hadith Number: 2111
حدثنا ابو الوليد، حدثنا شعبة، عن محمد بن زياد، قال: سمعت ابا هريرة يحدث، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال: "إذا اتى احدكم خادمه بطعام، فليجلسه معه، او ليناوله لقمة او لقمتين، او اكلة او اكلتين، فإنه ولي حره ودخانه".
Sayyiduna Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When a servant brings food to any one of you, he should make him sit with him and give him one or two morsels to eat, for he is the one who has endured its heat and smoke."
