باب في إِكْثَارِ الْمَاءِ في الْقِدْرِ:
Chapter: Adding Extra Water to the Pot
Hadith Number: 2116
اخبرنا ابو نعيم، حدثنا شعبة، عن ابي عمران الجوني، عن عبد الله بن الصامت، عن ابي ذر، قال: اوصاني خليلي صلى الله عليه وسلم، فقال: "إذا طبخت مرقة، فاكثر ماءها، ثم انظر اهل بيت من جيرانك، فاغرف لهم منها".
Sayyiduna Abu Dharr Ghifari (may Allah be pleased with him) said: My close friend (the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him) advised me, saying: "When you cook a stew, add more broth to it, then give some of it to your neighbors."
