باب مَا تُقْطَعُ فِيهِ الْيَدُ:
Chapter: What Requires Hand Amputation
Hadith Number: 2337
اخبرنا سليمان بن داود الهاشمي، اخبرنا إبراهيم بن سعد، عن الزهري، عن عمرة بنت عبد الرحمن، عن عائشة: ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال: "تقطع اليد في ربع دينار فصاعدا".
Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The hand (of a thief) will be cut off for a quarter dinar or more."

اخبرنا ابو نعيم، حدثنا سفيان، عن ايوب، وإسماعيل بن امية، وعبيد الله، وموسى بن عقبة، عن نافع، عن ابن عمر، قال: "قطع رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم في مجن قيمته ثلاثة دراهم".
Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) cut off a hand for a shield whose price was three dirhams.
