باب في الْقَوَدِ بَيْنَ الْوَالِدِ وَالْوَلَدِ:
Chapter: Retaliation Between Parent and Child
Hadith Number: 2394
اخبرنا جعفر بن عون، عن إسماعيل بن مسلم، عن عمرو بن دينار، عن طاوس، عن ابن عباس، قال: قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: "لا تقام الحدود في المساجد، ولا يقاد بالولد الوالد".
Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Hudud (prescribed punishments) should not be carried out inside the mosque, nor should a father be punished in retaliation for his son."
