From the Book of Blood Money
باب: «الْعَجْمَاءُ جُرْحُهَا جُبَارٌ» :
Chapter: Injuries Caused by Animals Are Not Compensated
Hadith Number: 2414
اخبرنا يزيد بن هارون، حدثنا محمد بن عمرو، عن ابي سلمة، عن ابي هريرة، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: "العجماء جرحها الجبار، والبئر جبار، والمعدن جبار، وفي الركاز الخمس".
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "If livestock injure someone, there is no blood money for it; if someone falls into a well, there is no blood money for it; if someone is crushed by a mine, there is no blood money for it; and there is a fifth share in buried treasure."

Hadith Number: 2415
اخبرنا خالد بن مخلد، حدثنا مالك، عن ابن شهاب، عن سعيد بن المسيب، وابي سلمة , عن ابي هريرة، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال: "جرح العجماء جبار، والبئر جبار، والمعدن جبار، وفي الركاز الخمس".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) through this chain as has been mentioned above.

اخبرنا عبيد الله بن موسى، عن سفيان، عن ابي الزناد، عن الاعرج، عن ابي هريرة، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال: "المعدن جبار، والسائمة جبار، والبئر جبار، وفي الركاز الخمس".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) through this chain as has been mentioned above.
