باب في عَبِيدِ الْمُشْرِكِينَ يَفِرُّونَ إِلَى الْمُسْلِمِينَ:
Chapter: Disbelievers’ Slaves Fleeing to Muslims
Hadith Number: 2544
اخبرنا عبد الله بن سعيد، حدثنا ابو خالد، عن الحجاج، عن الحكم، عن مقسم، عن ابن عباس، قال: "خرج إلى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم عبدان من الطائف، فاعتقهما. احدهما ابو بكرة".
Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: Two slaves ran away from Ta’if and came to the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) set them free; one of them was Sayyiduna Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him).
