باب في فَضْلِ أَسْلَمَ وَغِفَارَ:
Chapter: Virtue of Aslam and Ghifar Tribes
Hadith Number: 2560
حدثنا عبد الله بن مسلمة، حدثنا سليمان هو: ابن المغيرة عن حميد بن هلال، عن عبد الله بن الصامت، عن ابي ذر، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: "غفار غفر الله لها، واسلم سالمها الله".
Sayyiduna Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "May Allah forgive the tribe of Ghifar, and may Allah keep the tribe of Aslam safe."

اخبرنا الحكم بن المبارك، حدثنا عبد العزيز، عن موسى بن عقبة، عن عبد الله بن دينار، عن ابن عمر: ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال: "غفار غفر الله لها، واسلم سالمها الله، وعصية عصت الله ورسوله".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "May Allah forgive Ghifar, and may Allah grant safety to Aslam, and the tribe of ‘Usayyah—they disobeyed Allah and His Messenger."
