باب في النَّهْيِ عَنِ التَّصَاوِيرِ:
Chapter on the prohibition of images
Hadith Number: 2697
اخبرنا سعيد بن عامر، عن شعبة، عن عبد الرحمن بن القاسم، عن ابيه، قال: قالت عائشة: "كان لنا ثوب فيه تصاوير، فجعلته بين يدي النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم وهو يصلي، فنهاني او قالت: فكرهه، قالت: فجعلته وسائد".
Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) said: We had a sheet on which there were pictures. I placed it in front of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) while he was praying, and he stopped me, or it is said that he disliked it. Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) said: So I cut it and made cushions out of it.
