Which actions of the Ummah the Prophet (peace be upon him) feared
Hadith Number: 9
حدثنا احمد بن عوف المعدل البغدادي ، حدثنا عثمان بن ابي شيبة ، حدثنا محمد بن القاسم الاسدي ، حدثنا فطر بن خليفة ، عن ابي خالد الوالبي ، عن جابر بن سمرة ، قال: سمعت النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، يقول:"اخوف ما اخاف على امتي: الاستسقاء بالانواء، وحيف السلطان، وتكذيب بالقدر"، لا يروى عن جابر، إلا بهذا الإسناد تفرد به الاسدي
Sayyiduna Jabir bin Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) says: I heard from the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "The greatest thing concerning which I fear for my Ummah is seeking water by the positions of the heavenly stars, and I fear the oppression of the ruler and the denial of destiny."
