Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mughaffal (may Allah be pleased with him) says: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade throwing pebbles, and said: "Neither can game be hunted with it, nor can the enemy be wounded with it, but it sometimes puts out an eye and sometimes breaks a tooth."
