Katheer A‘raj said: We were at“Dhi Sawari”(a place), and with us was Abu Fatimah Azdi, whose forehead and knees had become blackened due to the abundance of prostrations. (He narrated: I said, O Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him)! Tell me of a deed upon which I may remain steadfast and perform it. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said:“Adopt prostrations abundantly, for indeed, whenever you perform a single prostration for Allah, Allah will raise you one degree in rank and will forgive you one sin because of it.”)
