Mishkat al-Masabih
كِتَاب الْإِيمَانِ
The Book of Faith
(عَاقِبَةٌ مُؤْسِفَةٌ لِمُنْكِرِي التَّقْدِيرِ)
(A lamentable outcome for those who deny predestination)
Hadith Number: 106
106 - وعن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما، قال: سمعت رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - يقول:"يكون في امتي خسف، ومسخ، وذلك في المكذبين بالقدر"رواه ابو داود، وروى الترمذي نحوه.
Ibn ‘Umar said: I heard God’s messenger say,“Some of my people will be swallowed up and some will be metamorphosed. That will come about among those who declare God’s decree to be false." Abu Dawud transmitted it and Tirmidhi transmitted something similar.

Hadith Number: 107
107 - وعنه، قال: قال رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -: (القدرية مجوس هذه الامة، إن مرضوا فلا تعودوهم، وإن ماتوا فلا تشهدوهم) رواه احمد، وابو داود.
He also reported God’s messenger as saying,“The Qadariya are the Magians of this people. If they are ill, do not visit them, and if they die, do not attend their funerals." Ahmad and Abu Dawud transmitted it.

Hadith Number: 108
108 - وعن عمر رضي الله عنه ؛ قال: قال رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -: (لا تجالسوا اهل القدر ولا تفاتحوهم) رواه ابو داود.
‘Umar reported God’s messenger as saying,“Do not sit with those who believe in freewill and do not address them before they address you." Abu Dawud transmitted it.
