Mishkat al-Masabih
كِتَاب الطَّهَارَةِ
The Book of Purification
(لَا تُقْبَلُ صَلَاةٌ بِدُونِ وُضُوءٍ وَلَا صَدَقَةٌ مِنْ مَالٍ حَرَامٍ)
(No prayer is accepted without wudu, nor charity from unlawful wealth)
Hadith Number: 301
301 - وعن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما، قال: قال رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - (لا تقبل صلاة بغير طهور، ولا صدقة من غلول). رواه مسلم.
Ibn ‘Umar reported God’s messenger as saying,“Prayer without purification is not accepted, neither is sadaqa from the profits of un faithful dealing.”Muslim transmitted it.
