كِتَاب الطَّهَارَةِ
The Book of Purification
(جَوَازُ القِرَاءَةِ وَهُوَ مُسْتَنِدٌ فِي حِجْرِ الحَائِضِ)
(Permissibility of Reciting the Qur’an While Resting in the Lap of a Menstruating Woman)
Hadith Number: 547
547 - وعنها قالت: كنت اشرب وانا حائض، ثم اناوله النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، فيضع فاه على موضع في، فيشرب واتعرق العرق، وانا حائض، ثم اناوله النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم فيضع فاه على موضع في. رواه مسلم.
She also said,“I would drink when I was menstruating, then hand it to the Prophet, and he would put his mouth where mine had been and drink; and I would eat flesh from a bone when I was menstruating, then hand it to the Prophet, and he would put his mouth where mine had been.”Muslim transmitted it.
