The Book of Funerals
(مَوْقِعُ الإِمَامِ فِي صَلَاةِ الجِنَازَةِ لِلْمَرْأَةِ)
(Where the Imam stands in the funeral prayer for women)
Hadith Number: 1657
وعن سمرة بن جندب قال: صليت وراء رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم على امراة ماتت في نفاسها فقام وسطها
Samura b. Jundub said,“I prayed behind God’s messenger over a woman who had died in childbirth, and he stood opposite her waist.”(Bukhar! and Muslim.)
