The Book of Zakat
(لَا زَكَاةَ عَلَى خَمْسِ وَسِقٍ مِنَ الْغَلَّةِ أَوِ التَّمْرِ)
(No zakat on five wasq of grain or dates)
Hadith Number: 1802
1802 - وعن ابي سعيد الخدري ان النبي - صلى الله عليه وسلم - قال:"ليس في حب ولا تمر صدقة حتى يبلغ خمسة اوسق". رواه النسائي.
Abu Sa’id al-Khudri reported the Prophet as saying,“There is no sadaqa payable on grain or dates till they reach five camel-loads.”Nasa’i transmitted it.
