(الْجَارُ الْقَرِيبُ أَحَقُّ بِالْهَدِيَّةِ)
(The close neighbor deserves gifts more)
Hadith Number: 1936
1936 - وعن عائشة قالت: يا رسول الله إن لي جارين، فإلى ايهما اهدي ؟ قال:"إلى اقربهما منك بابا". رواه البخاري.
A’isha said that when she told God’s messenger she had two neighbours and asked to which of them she should send a present, he replied,“To the one who lives nearer you.”Bukhari transmitted it.
