(حَقُّ الشُّفْعَةِ لِلْجَارِ بِسَبَبِ القُرْبِ)
(The neighbor’s right of preemption due to proximity)
Hadith Number: 2963
2963 - وعن ابي رافع - رضي الله عنه - قال: قال رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -:"الجار احق بسقبه". رواه البخاري.
Abu Rafi ‘reported God’s Messenger as saying,“The neighbour has the best claim by reason of his being near.”Bukhari transmitted it.
