The Book of Inheritance and Wills
(أَهْلُ المِلَلِ المُخْتَلِفَةِ لَا يَتَوَارَثُونَ)
(People of different religions do not inherit from each other)
Hadith Number: 3046
(الفصل الثاني) 3046 - عن عبد الله بن عمرو قال: قال رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -: لا يتوارث اهل ملتين شتى . رواه ابو داود، وابن ماجه.
‘Abdallah b. ‘Amr reported God's Messenger as saying,“People of two different religions may not inherit from one another.”Abu Dawud and Ibn Majah transmitted it.
