(بَيَانُ عُقُوبَةِ العَبْدِ الَّذِي يَتْرُكُ دَارَ السَّلَامِ)
(Statement on the punishment of a slave who leaves the land of Islam)
Hadith Number: 3549
3549 - وعن جرير عن النبي صلى الله على وسلم قال: إذا ابق العبد إلى الشرك فقد حل دمه . رواه ابو داود.
Jarir reported the Prophet as saying,“When a slave runs away and reverts to polytheism he may lawfully be killed.”Abu Dawud transmitted it.
