The Book of Foods
(مَرْتَبَةُ الشَّاكِرِ كَمَرْتَبَةِ الصَّابِرِ)
(The rank of the grateful is equal to the rank of the patient)
Hadith Number: 4205
4205 - وعن ابى هريرة - رضي الله عنه - قال: قال رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم:"الطاعم الشاكر كالصائم الصابر". رواه الترمذي.
Abu Huraira reported God’s messenger as saying,“The one who eats and is grateful is like the one who fasts and shows endurance.”Tirmidhi transmitted it.
