The Book of Manners
(الإِيمَانُ وَالحَيَاءُ مُتَلَازِمَانِ)
(Faith and modesty are inseparable)
Hadith Number: 5093
5093 - وعن ابن عمر - رضي الله عنهما - ان النبي - صلى الله عليه وسلم - قال:"إن الحياء والإيمان قرناء جميعا، فإذا رفع احدهما رفع الآخر".
It is narrated from Ibn Umar, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, modesty and faith go together; when one of them is taken away, the other is also taken away." Its chain is weak. It was narrated by Al-Bayhaqi in Shu'ab al-Iman.
