The Book of Al-Adab (Good Manners)
بَابُ قَوْلِ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى: {يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لاَ يَسْخَرْ قَوْمٌ مِنْ قَوْمٍ عَسَى أَنْ يَكُونُوا خَيْرًا مِنْهُمْ} إِلَى قَوْلِهِ: {فَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ الظَّالِمُونَ}:
(43) Chapter. The Statement of Allah:“O you who believe! Let not a group scoff at another group...”(V.49:11)
Hadith Number: 6042
حدثنا علي بن عبد الله، حدثنا سفيان، عن هشام، عن ابيه، عن عبد الله بن زمعة، قال:" نهى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ان يضحك الرجل مما يخرج من الانفس وقال: بم يضرب احدكم امراته ضرب الفحل او العبد ثم لعله يعانقها"، وقال الثوري، ووهيب، وابو معاوية، عن هشام، جلد العبد.
Narrated `Abdullah bin Zam`a: The Prophet forbade laughing at a person who passes wind, and said, "How does anyone of you beat his wife as he beats the stallion camel and then he may embrace (sleep with) her?" And Hisham said, "As he beats his slave"
حكم: أحاديث صحيح البخاريّ كلّها صحيحة
Hadith Number: 6043
حدثني محمد بن المثنى، حدثنا يزيد بن هارون، اخبرنا عاصم بن محمد بن زيد، عن ابيه، عن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما، قال: قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم بمنى:" اتدرون اي يوم هذا؟" قالوا: الله ورسوله اعلم، قال:" فإن هذا يوم حرام، افتدرون اي بلد هذا؟" قالوا: الله ورسوله اعلم، قال:" بلد حرام، اتدرون اي شهر هذا؟" قالوا: الله ورسوله اعلم، قال:" شهر حرام"، قال:" فإن الله حرم عليكم دماءكم واموالكم واعراضكم كحرمة يومكم هذا في شهركم هذا في بلدكم هذا".
Narrated Ibn `Umar: The Prophet said at Mina, "Do you know what day is today?" They (the people) replied, "Allah and His Apostle know better," He said "Today is 10th of Dhul-Hijja, the sacred (forbidden) day. Do you know what town is this town?" They (the people) replied, "Allah and His Apostle know better." He said, "This is the (forbidden) Sacred town (Mecca a sanctuary)." And do you know which month is this month?" They (the People) replied, "Allah and His Apostle know better." He said, ''This is the Sacred (forbidden) month ." He added, "Allah has made your blood, your properties and your honor Sacred to one another (i.e. Muslims) like the sanctity of this day of yours in this month of yours, in this town of yours." (See Hadith No. 797, Vol. 2.)
