(ذِكْرُ قُلُوبِ أَهْلِ الجَنَّةِ)
(Mention of the hearts of the people of Paradise)
Hadith Number: 5625
5625 - وعن ابي هريرة - رضي الله عنه - قال: قال رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم:"يدخل الجنة اقوام افئدتهم مثل افئدة الطير". رواه مسلم.
Abu Huraira reported God's messenger as saying, "Peoples will enter paradise with hearts like the hearts of birds [*] ." *Mirqat, 5, 291, gives three possible meanings:(1) with no jealousy, rancour, deceit, or hatred; (2) in trepidation, being on their guard; (3) with complete trust, as birds trust God for their food. Muslim transmitted it.
