The Book of Virtues and Characteristics
(مَفَاتِيحُ الخَزَائِنِ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ)
(The keys to the treasures are for the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him)
Hadith Number: 5749
5749 - وعنه، ان رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - قال: بعثت بجوامع الكلم، ونصرت بالرعب ، وبينا انا نائم رايتني اتيت بمفاتيح خزائن الارض فوضعت في يدي. متفق عليه.
He reported God's messenger as saying, "I have been commissioned with words which are concise but comprehensive in meaning; I have been helped by terror [in the hearts of enemies] ; and while I was asleep, I saw myself being brought the keys of the treasures of the earth which were placed in my hand." (Bukhari and Muslim.)
