The Book of Merits
(ثَلَاثَةُ أُمُورٍ دَعَمَهَا اللَّهُ تَعَالَى لِحَضْرَةِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ)
(Three matters in which Allah Almighty supported Hazrat Umar, may Allah be pleased with him)
Hadith Number: 6051
وفي رواية لابن عمر قال: قال عمر: وافقت ربي في ثلاث: في مقام إبراهيم وفي الحجاب وفي اسارى بدر. متفق عليه
In a version by Ibn `Umar he told that 'Umar said: I agreed with my Lord regarding three matters, Abraham's station, the seclusion, and the prisoners at Badr. (Bukhari and Muslim.)
