It is narrated from Hazrat Muti’ bin Aswad (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said on the day of the conquest of Makkah: After today, no permission will be given to kill any Quraishi in a state of oppression.

It is narrated from Hazrat Muti’ bin Aswad (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said on the day of the conquest of Makkah: "After today, no permission will be given to kill any Quraishi in a state of oppression." It should be noted that, besides Muti’, no other disobedient person from the Quraish had accepted Islam. His name was ‘Aasi, which the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) changed to Muti’.

It is narrated from Hazrat Muti’ bin Aswad (may Allah be pleased with him), whose name was ‘Aasi and the Prophet (peace be upon him) changed his name to Muti’, that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said on the day of the conquest of Makkah:“After today, there will be no jihad in Makkah Mukarramah, and after today, no permission will be given to kill any Quraishi in a state of oppression.”
